Troubleshooting Android apps usually require you to clear cache and or data/storage to reset them. How do you do that on a Chromebook? Let me show you.
From the App Launcher or Shelf
For Android apps that you can access from the launcher or shelf, right click and choose App Info.
On the next screen, click Storage. You’ll see the option to clear Cache and Storage.
Clear Cache and Storage for Android Apps from Settings
This method will help you locate ANY Android app on your Chromebook. Open the Chrome OS Settings app and go to the Google Play Store section.
Next, click Google Play Store to go to Play Store specific settings.
Next, click Manage Android preferences.
This will launch the Android Settings app. Now, click Apps & notifications.
Click See all apps. You will now see all the apps installed on your Chromebook.
Select the app that you want to clear cache or storage for and click Storage.
Now, you can clear Cache or Storage as required.
