So, you save your passwords on Chrome? You now have a way to view them on the web, from any browser. There is one catch, though. You cannot use this if you use encryption on Chromesync (the Chrome feature that syncs your information including passwords).
Let me tell you this first. If you use encryption for Chromesync, do not think about disabling that for this feature. I would not recommend it.
If you do not use encryption and have Chromesync save and sync your passwords, go ahead and enable encryption for that extra layer of security.
Now that those two warnings / recommendations are out of our way, let us get to the real story. The deal is simple. If you have Chrome saving and syncing your passwords across computers, visit passwords.google.com, login, and you should be able to access your passwords.
