Dell Now Offers a $199.99 Chromebox Bundle

Dell has quietly (but no escaping Brent Sullivan, Dell) launched a Chromebox bundle, which gives you a Haswell powered Chromebox, a keyboard and a mouse for $199.99. This might be one of the cheapest Chromebox bundle offers available out there.

This Chromebox features 2GB RAM (2GB Single Channel DDR3 1600MHz (2GBx1)) and Intel 7260ac HMC network card. The Dell website shows a picture of wireless mouse and keyboard combo, but the product description says otherwise.  “This perfect bundle includes a Dell keyboard and mouse to maximize your media experience ($39 value)” says the official literature.

There are bundles with wireless keyboard and mouse available from other OEMs, in case you are looking for a wireless combo!

I looked this up and it is a wired standard Windows keyboard (not a Chrome OS keyboard) and an Optical mouse.
I have seen HP and either Asus or Acer have bundles and they come with a bluetooth Chrome keyboard and mouse for the same price.
Not sure if the memory can be upgraded on this one to 4GB, whereas the HP can be.

Thanks for the update! I thought $199 is the lowest price I had seen for a combo, looks like I was wrong, if someone else has wireless combo around the same price.
