Senkatel, a company specializes in hardware and software solutions for enterprise and education markets has announced a new Chromebook based on the Intel reference design, complete with the rotatable camera.

The Chromebook’s school-friendly features include:

• Built to withstand bumps and accidental drops up to 70cm
• Water-resistant keyboard channels liquids (up to 330ml) away from the electronics to prevent damage.
• Sealed touchpad protects electronics from moisture and spills.
• Anti-peel keys resist removal
• Reinforcement around ports and hinges
• Non-slip texture hides wear and scratches

The Chromebook holds a reasonable 2 GB RAM, 16 GB SSD for storage (and the usual 100GB Google Drive storage for 2 years), Bluetooth 4.01, 1366 x 768 IPS, TFT-LCD with Anti-Glare for bright classrooms. For USB, there is 2.0 and a 3.0 port.
