Now, to the most interesting part of the story. If you look at the product listing on their website, you will see the display of this Chromebook listed as Touchscreen (Optional). So clearly, they have a touchscreen Chromebook getting ready.
According to Brent Sullivan who contacted the Hexa support team about this, “They will be following up that model with a touchscreen 11.6″ model. They couldn’t comment on an exact date, other than soon. I did ask about pricing on that unit and was told they are going to try to get it in under $300 if possible. No exact price yet.”
Now, the question is, are they bringing something new to the board? Nothing yet, except for the 4 GB RAM which Chromebook lovers will appreciate for sure. However, when they bring in the touchscreen model and get the pricing right, we will see these guys making a good name for themselves.
