Chrome OS Gets 50 New Wallpapers – Download Them Here

This is one of such posts where I do less talking so that you can head straight to enjoying these new wallpapers and download them if you need.

These were added to Chromium OS today and hopefully make it to Chrome OS as well. We may see a different set of images for Chrome OS when wallpaper UI is final, but for now, these are our heroes (or heroines)

Download all of them here

Thanks François Beaufort

    These wallpapers look very familiar.
I am pretty sure they come from Google Search print advertisements.
After Googling a little, I could not find those advertisements, but they seem to have come from some museum/art library.
Still, I think they were already featured in some of the print advertisements from the last two years.
These advertisements showed a photograph with the Google logo on top of it and some witty and humorous sentence.

Are these also somewhere in 1920*1200 or 1920*1080 resolution? I can’t find them. They are very nice but the resolution sucks a little bit.

hmm, may be they will add another batch… I think these are just for testing.. who will add 50 wallpapers to an OS?

you can slide them as a diashow. Rotate them every 10 or 30 seconds. gives a nice surprise everytime you open up your notebook or pc.

Still not a fan unfortunately, of the new Aura for Chrome OS. Makes no sense really. Seems like they are trying to over complicate things just to have Wallpapers added in.
