If you start playing around with Google Chrome Extensions, you will end up installing many extensions, like me.
Each time you need to change something on extensions or uninstall any, you will need to go to menu > extensions . “Extensions” extension will add an menu button to your chrome toolbar, where you will get access to your installed extensions with single mouse click ! See the image ?

Paste and Go Google Chrome
I should actually call this “Two Silly Tips”. Because, this is more simple than the normal “simple”. You get it ? These two tips are called  ”Paste and Go” and “Paste and Search”. Let’s see what they do, and don’t forget to check the best tips from chromestory
When you copy a word or a sentence from a webpage, and right click on the omnibar ( address bar ) after it, you will see “Paste and Search”. If you select this option, google chrome will automatically start a search using that word or sentence, saving you a mouse click, or a key stroke. So, next time, do not copy > paste > search, instead, copy > Paste and Search !
This is similar to Paste and Search. Here, when you copy a URL from a webpage, and then right click on the omnibar or the addressbar, you can choose “Paste and Go”, to save a mouse click or a key stroke, making google chrome to load that page faster.

This is a special tutorial for people who use Indic Languages, including Malayalam,Hindi,Kannada Marathi Nepali Tamil and Telugu and Arabic on websites. After reading this simple tutorial and installing a script in a single mouse click, you will be able to type in any of these indic languages, in any website, easily.
No extension or addon, you can simply drag and drop a bookmarklet to your browser’s bookmarks toolbar, and you are ready. Whenever you need transliteration enabled on your Google Chrome browser, click on the bookmarklet, start typing.
Transliteration bookmarklet is a small piece of code that you store in your browser. Once stored, you can type in Malayalam in any text box on any web-site of your choice. It works on Google web-sites as well as other web-sites.
Its a simple browser based tool. Google Indic tranlisteration is a perfect example for our case. You type your Indian language using English letters, and it will automatically be changed to your language’s script. So you type “Malayalam” and it will be changed to “മലയാളം” Try it here or Watch this video, its a demo showing Hindi being used on a facebook page.
The Trick
It’s simple, I don’t know why I called it even a “trick” … okay, go to this page, drag the bookmarklet to your bookmarks toolbar, Click on the bookmarklet to start typing, and then to come back to English, click the same bookmarklet again. Â To make it even easier, here is the screenshot of the page which explains the installation of this script.
Type in Malayalam or Indic Languages On Google Chrome
There are different transliteration bookmarklet script for each language. Select your language from the following list, each item is linked to the page for that language on Google.
