Theme time again people! Here is an Ice Cream Sandwich wallpaper Theme for Google Chrome. This uses the official Android 4.0 wallpaper. Click on the image below for the download link on the gallery.

There are hundreds of Google Chrome Themes available in the Chrome Web Store. But still, many of us like more choice, more control. We need a custom theme built to our taste and choice.

I am going to show you the easiest way to get this done. An online theme creator.

This Chrome Theme Creator is available as an App in the Chrome Web Store. Go ahead and install this first to start our project work

After you fire up this Chrome App, things are pretty much self explanatory. But still, lets take a look at the whole process. Here is the first page you will be presented with. Click to zoom in

Live Preview

One attractive feature of this online theme creator is the Live Preview. You get to see how your theme will look like every time you make a change. You can easily change colors of any piece of the theme. The names of these different areas are listed on the left hand side. A small box tells you where that color change will show up, making it easier to make your choices. Here is a preview

Changing Images

Once you are done with colors, lets get to putting some colorful images up there. Fixing colors of images first, will be your choice. If the main attraction of your theme is the image that you are going to use, it’s better to start with images section.

Here also you get those helpful annotations each time you mouse over these options. It will also hilight that part of the theme in red color to make things more easier. Select an images from your computer and the tool will upload it and apply to your theme.

The “Start” Tab Let’s Name The Theme

“Start” is where put in a name for your theme and a short description. This will be used when the theme is uploaded to the official gallery. Put in a good name and description to make it easier for others to find your theme.

Final Step – Your Results

You have three options at your last step. You can either directly apply  the theme and start using it. Or, you can download the .crx file or .zip file for uploading to Chrome Web Store.
