Its fairly simple. You need to find out the email address of your HP ePrint Machine. ( I will tell you how to find that if you do not know it ). Cloud Ready Printers connect directly to the internet and can register themselves with Google Cloud Print without a laptop or PC.

Click here to get the activation page and connect your cloud printer to Google Cloud Print. On this screen, you will be asked to enter your printer’s email address. Enter that, and click “Connect My Printer

Connect a Cloud Ready Printer

How do I find my printer’s email address?

You can find your HP ePrint email address in these ways:

  • Your email address appears on the information sheet that prints from your printer when you activate the service.
  • For PhotoSmart: On the printer’s front panel display, touch google chrome tips  How To Connect Your HP Eprint Printer With Google Cloud Print icon (4.3” display only) to display the email address or Wireless>Web Services>Display Email.
  • For OfficeJet: On the printer’s front panel display, touch Setup>Web Services Setup>Printer Email Address to reprint the information sheet.
  • PhotoSmart Only: If you register your printer at ePrintCenter.com, your email address displays on the ePrint panel.
  • For LaserJet: On the printer’s front panel display, touch google chrome tips  How To Connect Your HP Eprint Printer With Google Cloud Print icon (4.3” display only) or “How to Connect” to display the email address. For LaserJet printers with the small 2 line display, please print out the information sheet to see the email address.

Some Useful Tips

If you are sending documents in email to this printer, with attachments to print, there is a 5 MB total limit to the email including attachments.

HP ePrint supports a maximum of 10 attachments to a single email. If your email exceeds these limits, it will not print.

To receive email, your printer must be connected to the Internet on a wired or wireless network.
