LaTeX, if you never heard of it is
… a document markup language and document preparation system for the TeX typesetting program. The term LaTeX refers only to the language in which documents are written, not to the editor used to write those documents.
For those who use LaTeX ( I used it once, for a short time period, for a documentation project at work), this is going to be a useful extension. I will not to try to explain this in details since my knowledge about LaTeX is very limited. Will stick to the official description for now.
Use LaTeX (a method for typesetting mathematical formulas) with Gmail and Gmail Chat.
WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editing of outgoing messages. The other person does not have to have GmailTeX installed or use Gmail in order to view the math. Math is viewable in most mail readers and browsers, including mobile ones.
Also works with Chat. Auto mode.
