Read this again. Copied from an old entry here about the Netflix plugin being added to Chrome OS.
“A review created a week go says this “Update netflix version in chromeos plugin check“, This plugin check is included in all devices including Alex, but not on CR48 ( Was that a step to keep that from leaking ? ) This plugin is now part of the few included in Chrome OS, PDF, Google Talk plugin etc.”

Alex in that article turned out to be the Samsung Series 5, and today, we have Chromebook users confirming the Netflix pugin on their development version of the OS. And yes, the CR48 users did not get the update as the review suggests.
Any idea why ?
There are talks of hardware limitation and fragmentation, and a lot more possible reasons. But no official word on this yet. Anyone here with a better guess ?
