Very few of these are from the latest build. You can tell by the “Feedback” button in the Notification bar. If it’s a smiley face, it’s old. If it’s a bug, it’s new.

I get an error message “These can be installed only from Chrome Web Store”
google has block installing directly in chrome, you have to download them in an other browser than chrome.
oh ok..
I have them installed already anyway
