Portable Chrome 6

Google released version six of Chrome last week, and now I have a download link for you –  portable version of Google Chrome 6.  For those who love to use portable versions of Google Chrome, get the download link here.

I’ve never used any portable app. Chrome can sync anything and everything over multiple computers. But may be, there are other uses for portable apps .. I would love to hear from you !

ps: please do a virus scan after you download, looks like one of our friends here have found some issue with the file. please update in comments if you find some thing …

I’m not using the latest dev builds but I have noticed that the chrome sync doesn’t seem to sync userscripts from userscripts.org so a portable version placed in dropbox would be very useful for me.

Troy was detected from Portable Google Chrome 4.1.249.1059 when scanning with Avira.
It should not use it.

what was the file name, or file type ? can you download full offline installer for chrome ( normal version ) and try the scan there also and see what it says ?

It was dealt and it was not detected now.
I thought the action because I reported on the detection of ver4 and ver6 on the site where software has been disclosed yesterday.
It detected it at an automatic decompression of PortableGoogleChrome.exe.
Detected exe had deleted the file yesterday.
Which file of contents is virus is not understood.
Which file it is even if the log is seen has not been understood.
“TR/Gender.9216″ was detected.

If sentences are strange, I’m sorry because it wrote with the translation tool.
The syntax is changed again and it writes.
It seems to have dealt with the virus problem now.
Because it reported on the virus detection to the download site yesterday.

My university computers only have ie so every time I log on I have to download Chrome, having portable Chrome would be so much easier.

Is that download link working/safe? I tried http://stadt-bremerhaven.de/portable-google-chrome-6 and it said Bad Request.

The virus is not detected now.
I think that I replaced it with the backup.
I think it is safe now.
It is possible to download it from “Download Portable Google Chrome” of the character with red sentences of linked Websites now.
The virus was not detected though it scanned after it updated it.
