I'm most interested in seeing my search engines cloud-synched. I can use xmarks to sync my bookmarks between not only chrome, but any web browser . . . but since Chrome won't let me create bookmarks with search tokens (ala firefox/Opera), there's no way for me to keep them in sync between machines.
